John Winter

John started with Cooper Concrete in 2000 before completing his red seal journeyman carpentry ticket as well as his business management diploma. John’s previous roles included Safety Officer and Senior Finisher before taking his current role as President. John was born and raised in Lloydminster, and has been president of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce , Lloydminster Construction Association and is the current chairman of the Alberta Construction Assocation.
Darrell Piecharka
Project Manager/Co-Owner
Darrel has been working at Cooper Concrete for 35 years and is a red seal journeyman carpenter, as well as a journeyman concrete finisher. Darrel has done extensive work in all aspects of concrete construction for many years.
Brady Wagner
Site Foreman/Co-Owner
Brady has been with Cooper Concrete since 1997 and is a certified red seal journeyman carpenter. He is extremely hard-working and passionate about his work- he is always up for a challenge and plays a key role to the operations of Cooper Concrete.

Cooper Concrete Construction has proudly been serving the Lloydminster community for almost 45 years. The #coopertroopers are well diverse in all aspects of concrete construction. Hardworking and professional.
Cooper Concrete handles all different concrete applications; from concrete cutting, concrete breaking and concrete coring, to concrete floors, walls and construction. Our concrete work can be seen (in all levels of construction) in the industrial, commercial, and residential areas throughout Lloydminster.
